Alumasc’s GX Joggle aluminium box gutter is designed to make installation up to 30% quicker and is light in weight, without compromising on strength.
A new internal joggle joint, which is integral to the box gutter, dispenses with the need for a loose union clip joint. The gutter simply slots into place and the number of jointing holes normally required is reduced, as is the amount of sealant, resulting in a clean and tidy junction. A double joggle joint is also available for all fittings. The GX system is fixed direct to the fascia using a top strap support at 1 metre centres making it quick and easy to install. Alumasc can advise on the specific requirements for any project.
The new GX box gutter has been used successfully at Braunstone Frith School in Leicester. Trevor Carter at Headley Mechanical Engineering praised the new box gutter design saying, “With the new joggle joint on the Alumasc GX box gutter the installation was much quicker and easier.
