Alumasc aluminium rainwater products are supplied in plain (mill) finish or in a range of factory applied polyester powder coatings. The standard colour range comprises the 16 colours however additional colours with a BS or RAL number can be supplied to special order.
Alumasc’s aluminium gutters, downpipes and fascia soffit ranges are painted in-house, within our state-of-the-art powder coating facility. Significant investment in the Alumasc paint plant has resulted in the following key benefits:
- Quick and efficient change-over between paint colours and increased track speed, resulting in reduced lead times and greater number of colour options (with BS and RAL colour matches available)
- Greater quality of powder coating due to improved cure of paint
- 25% energy saving and reduced wastage from manufacturing process
- Alumasc polyester powder coating is BBA approved and complies with BS 6496:1984.
